Hello Toney, Thank you for the question. If the appliance is doing a lot of shaking and moving, one of the first things we suggest is to check the Suspension Rod Kit, PartSelect #: PS11703290. These rods prevent the drum from bouncing around and the appliance from moving and shaking. Hope this helps!

Hello Diane, Thank you for your question. I would recommend checking to see if the tub is loose where it mounts to the base frame. I would also check the counter weight under the tub. As well as making sure the clothes are loaded evenly in the tub when you start the cycle. I hope this helps.

Hi Gene, Thank you for your question. I would suggest taking a look at your agitator cogs, your agitator thrust spacer, and your agitator cam bearing. It sounds like one of those parts have just worn down and now your agitator cannot agitate any longer. If all of those parts are fine you may have to look at your agitator base and see if the inside has been stripped. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
