touchpad malfunction
It was obvious to see that the front plate that was attached to the sub frame allowed over spill from the glass range top to seep through the joint thus allowing the liquid to disrupt the electric harness cable causing it to carrode. I used high heat silicon to seal the joint accross the entire top preventing further problems of future over spills.

The control panel stopped working, can we replace it ourselves? Is there a video, or do we need to call a repair man?

Hi Kay,
Thank you for your question. We do not have information specifically for this model on how to replace the control panel, but here are some installation instructions on how to replace a burner switch that may help. It involves removing the control panel to access the switch. Unplug the oven from the electrical outlet.
Remove the four screws under control panel.
Remove the old burner knob and loosen the old burner control.
Lower control panel from the range.
Remove the 5 wire connectors from old burner control with pliers.
Remove the 2 screws that held burner control to the range panel. These are Torx head screws.
Install new burner control.
Replace the two screws to burner control.
Replace the 5 wire connectors to new burner control.
Replace the 4 screws under the panel.
Replace the knob to new burner control.
Restore power to the oven and it should now work for you. If you require more information there are videos on YouTube that you may reference or you will need to contact the manufacturer. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

What part number do I need to replace the control panel on my Jennair range?

I am replacing the control panel ps11750321. And I cannot figure out how to detach the burner led modules from the panel being removed.

Hi Tom, Thank you for the question. The ribbon cable wire harness should just pull off the control panel. Grip end side of the connector and pull out. Hope this helps!

Our number pad on the control panel does not work, exhaust fan switch does not work,and rapid heat switch does not work. Top burners do work, and the bake 350 or 375 switch does work. Broil switch does work. Tried replacing the oven control part #ps11745985. We still have the same problems. Do we need to replace the control panel? Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Tim, thank you for your question. That may be the part that would be the issue. Especially if you have changed your control board itself. You could do a quick check on all of the other parts. Test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. However if all of those parts are find then it is likely your panel that was the issue. Good luck with your repair.

Our stove is the white model JES9900BCW, does this part (for JES9900BAS) fit our stove other then the color, because our white one says "no longer available" ? Thank you

My control panel has stopped working in the left side. All that works is the timer and numerical buttons. The oven light and the fan buttons also do not work. Does this part include all the electrical components? The illustration just shows the shell and not any of the electrical components inside. I have powered the machine off several times with no success in restoring the panel’s functionality. The date and time display works. Thanks
