Easy install
The parts came quickly and were easy to install. However, I thought the prices were very expensive. The "special" hose clamp was 7.00 dollars. It was just a normal hose clamp that I could have purchased here for .75 cents. The black connector plastic hose for 40.00 dollars was ridiculous. But you have us by the short and curries as we needed the part.

Badly designed part
Part is badly designed, leaks even after installing new. Had it checked by two other people, both engineers: all agree its flawed part design. Will be replacing the dishwasher. Extreemly disappointed. The only positive part is the quick shipping and handling of the part by partselect.ca

Water leak
I watched the instructional videos that showed how to replace the inlet fill hose/water inlet a couple of times. The repair was exactly as shown. No trouble at all.

Dishwasher will not fill with water
For model number KUDE70FVPA2
Hi Chuck,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not filling with water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the water inlet valve, the float switch, the float assembly and the water inlet. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My dish washer will start but will not activate the spray arms. I have replaced the fill valve and control board. When i cancel the cycle it will pump the water out.
For model number KDFE104DSS3
Hi Jimmie,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like you have blockage somewhere either in your spray arms themselves, or more likely in your manifold. I would suggest checking these parts to see if they are blocked up. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Water comes inside the dishwasher without using it. Goes pretty high and starts leaking on the right corner. Called a plumber, he checked the drain and said nothing wrong. He mentioned that might be the inlet water valve.
For model number MDB7759AWS1
Hello Marian, Thank you for the question. Yes, this is normally a issue with a defective water valve and it will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

My dishwasher drains fine. No dirty water is left at the end of a cycle. The next morning there is clean, fresh water in the bottom of the dishwasher - perhaps a couple of pints. Is this because the fill valve is getting weak or the shut off piston is getting stuck slightly open? Will anything else cause water to enter the dishwasher when it is not in a cycle?
For model number 66513112K701
Hello Forest, Thank you for the question. You are correct. In most cases the valve is stuck open and allowing water to leak into the tub when not in use. We suggest having the valve replaced. We hope this helps.

I have a whirlpool dishwasher that runs but will not fill with water? I replaced the water inlet valve and it still will not fill.
For model number WDT750SAHV0
Hello James, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you checking the float switch, part number PS11750031, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I changed the inlet valve and the float assembly it worked a few times then stopped when i add water to the dishwasher it works fine
For model number KUDS01FLSS3
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not filling with water on it's own, then you will also need to check the circulation pump and motor, the float switch, the float assembly, the impeller and seal
and the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Brand new dishwasher will not fill with water
For model number kdte104ess3
Hello Janice, thank you for your question. If the unit is not filling with water I would recommend checking the water supply line from the house to the appliance, the VALVE-INLT
Part Number: W10872255, the Overfill Control Switch Part Number: WPW10195039 as well as the Water Inlet Part Number: WPW10195536. The water comes from the house, to the valve, then the valve allows water to the water inlet and into the unit. These parts all work together to fill the appliance. I hope this helps!

Dishwasher will not stop filling with hot water. I have shut off the hot water to the dishwasher. It has been very cold here (-30f) so my thought is that water inlet was frozen and it no longer managing the flow of water to the dishwasher. Does that make sense or could it be another issue? Thanks.
For model number IUD9500WX4
Hello Judd, Thank you for contacting us. I suggest checking the water inlet valve with a multimeter. This is part number PS11738107. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we do provide assistance on our website. Good luck with your repair!
