Easy Repair - Cheaper than buying a new dishwasher
Bought the rack adjusters for both sides and replace the old ones with the new took less than 10 minutes. The wheels are so much sturdier without the plastic inserts that were originally used. Maytag should have gone the metal route from the get-go.

Supports for middle rack of dishwasher broke
The middle (plates and silverware) rack of my maytag dishwasher broke. The supports for the wheels were plastic hubs that bore the weight of the rack.
About a year after owning the dishwasher, the front two plastic wheel hubs that support the rack broke.
I ordered the left and right Rack Adjuster Assembly which included the main T shaped support rail including the two wheels. The good news is that these hubs are METAL which should not break like the weak plastic hubs of the previous version.
I removed about 4-5 screws from the original assembly, and installed the new rack adjuster assembly and replaced the screws. About 20 minutes total for both sides.
I also replaced the tracks since mine were somewhat bent after the original supports broke.
Very nice to have a fully operational / sturdy middle rack again on this dishwasher.

Top rack wheel broke, dishwasher didn't run right.
Removed the rack from the dishwasher. Removed Torx head screws holding the stabilizer in place. Pulled the two sections apart. Cleaned out the junk and replaced the stabilizer bar. New one had wheels with steel axles, so this should last much longer than the plastic ones. Put the rack back into the dishwasher. Ready to go.

MIddle rack; broken wheel on slide that allows you to pull rack in and out
The replacement wheels are metal, which is much better. However, you have to buy the entire adjuster assy.--so $32 for a $1.50 wheel, but what can you do? You need a star bit in order to remove the five screws on the plastic cover. Be sure to pay attention to how the adjuster lever is inserted, but it's not at all complex. A very quick and easy process.

The plastic piece that held the rack to the side of the slider broke
First I removed the screws and disasempled the plastic covering that held the slide in place. I then replaced the rack adjuster and replaced the screws.
This was exciting for me as I was not about to wait for my husband to do it as I had a load of dishes in the sink just waiting for it to be done!
It was amazingly simple and the hardest part was remembering where in the rack it was to be replaced! I was back in commission within 15 minutes (It would have been 10 if I had placed it right the first time!!

Broken wheel on OEM assembly of the level adjuster for the top rack
It was very easy to install, took maybe 5 mins if that, and works like a charm -
*Remove "caps" from ends of the slide rails by pressing in the tab, this will allow you to remove the rack entirely -
*Remove the rack from main dishwasher body -
*Remove original torx screws -
*Remove the assembly, which comes apart in 2 sections, and note location as you do it ( I counted how many "rungs" from the nearest corner -
*Keeping the "inner" section, replace the "outer" section with the new piece -
*Fit the new piece and the original piece back together with the rack in between -
*Screw the torx screws (which you kept right?) back in -
*Slide the rack back intothe slide rails -
*Replace the end caps on the rails -
***Et voila! you're done, and happy to not be ripped....again.
Many outfits in my area would NOT sell the part and wanted to come install it themselves for as much as $250, what creeps!!
Any housewife could and should do this, and although I'm pretty handy, this is very definitely the kind of thing homeowners should do themselves if for no other reason than to have the satisfaction of knowing they didn't get ripped off by callous and immoral repair services.

A wheel on the upper tray that moves in the slide broke.
Actual repair took less than 5 minutes. Removed 5 screws from original "adjuster' and removed the outside housing. Aligned the replacement part and simply replaced the five screws. Wheels on the replacement part are held in place with steel "rivets" while original wheels are all plastic and held in place with a screw . The replacement part is a much sturdier set-up. I saved the unbroken wheel from the original adjuster in the event a wheel on the right hand adjuster breaks.

Upper left rack roller broke, had to replace rack adjuster assembly
First I had to take out the end caps on both sides of the upper rack - easy enough - you push in the direction of the arrows and they open up and come off. Then I took the rack off. Using the smallest allen wrench I could find in my ex-husband's set that he left behind (yay!), unscrewed the old rack assembly. The (blue) adjuster level doohickey popped out when the old assembly came off, but it was easy enough to fit that back in properly by looking at the right-hand one that was still in place. All I had to do was fit the new rack assembly into place, put back a few screws, and slide the rack back into place. Put the end caps back on and you're done. Maytag should offer free replacements for this part, IMO- the wheels are too flimsy to begin with, our dishwasher is only four years old, and the new part is pricey, at $29.45 a pop.

broken wheels on middle rack
All I really needed were the 4 wheels, but had to buy the entire assembly with wheels permanently affixed ($70)! It was not compatible with my rack assembly and I had to seriously modify the existing rack and cannibelize the new assembly to make it work. It is no longer adjustable, but at least it rolls without falling down (so far).

Axle on wheel holding top rack broke
Hardest task was finding model number on my ancient dishwasher. Finally just looked at photos and picked the right one. Ordered part and it was here in 24 hours (How do they do that?!!) and it still cost less than at local appliance shop. Carefully kept old screws so I could use them on new adjuster. Part doesn't come with new screws, so watch what you do when you take old one apart. Needed a star screwdriver which I had from a previous repair when I was trying to replace just axle without buying whole new adjuster. Easy enough to do but need a third hand to hold up rack while attaching adjuster.

The "rollers" on the adjuster were broken and it was hard to keep the rack on the track.
I removed the middle rack from the dishwasher being careful to pay attention to how the end stops were located. I put the rack on the kitchen table and with my new parts placed where I could reach them, simply unscrewed the faulty parts and replaced them with the new parts! Couldn't have been easier. I especially appreciated the ease of navigating your web site and locating the parts I needed. I was looking for something entirely different until I read feedback from a previous customer and knew instantly what part I needed!

The plastic wheels on the actual rack that fit into the sliding assembly broke off the actual rack; so i believe i need to replace the whole 'adjuster' assembly (left and right) - what kind of screwdriver/wrench do i need? It appears to be some kind of a six-sided bolt. Thank you!
