I can't seem to close the detergent container, beside the pre soak, on the door. I was looking to see if i can replace the part, but i can't find it on your list of replacements.

If its a little black and maybe a yellow orange/yellow on the side, is it still okay does the insulation job par or should I change it?

Hello Danaé, thank you for contacting us. If the "yellow/orange" spots are dry, not sticky, and the material is still firm, it is usually just aged material or residue from the manufacturing process. It will likely still perform its job, as heat resistance is a primary function. Small black spots can sometimes be dust or debris buildup that has been heat-set, which does not necessarily affect performance. Glad to be of assistance!
