Easy repair *
My husband removed the tie-wrap that held back cables in place, the drawer came out super easy ! He replaced the Electronic Control Board - all done within 20 minutes. 400$ worth of repair, all caused by a little mouse.... that walked on the board (and most probably zapped it by doing so). My 2 cents: keep a cat in the house... if you dont like cats: deal with the repairs! All in all; PartSelect.ca (and my husband) saved the day :-)

Do the bake and broiler ignitors get power from the spark module that the surface burners get the spark from or is it from the board wp9762774. Thank you
For model number kgrs807sss00
Hello James, thank you for your question. The oven igniters are provided power from the control board, the spark module is for providing power/spark to the top burners only. I hope this helps!

Hi,
I did a self clean on my gas stove and the display turn off and door locked. I checked the fuses and they are fine. There is power going to the board but not the display. I am guessing its the control board and not the display board. What do you think it is before I spend the money?
For model number kgss907xsp
Hello Michael, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS11747371, to fix the issue. It monitors the oven temperature and controls the oven heating functions in the range, and includes the digital display for the time and temperature settings. We hope this solves your problem!

My burners work fine, however my oven and broiler do not light.
When I try to start the oven, there is no sound what so ever, however when I try to start the broiler, there is are two larger clucking sounds but no ignition.
The spark modulator was replaced part #9758080 but this did not help.
Can you recommend what part to replace. Is it the control modulator part number #9762774 or the gas valve assembly. Can these be tested prior to ordering?
For model number KGRS807SSS00
Hello Larry, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the broil igniter with a multimeter to see if they are working correctly or not. It should give reading between 0-1100 ohms to be working correctly. If it is fine, then the issue is most probably with the gas valve assembly, part number PS11747403. It controls the gas supply for the bake and broil burners in the oven. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this information helps!

My oven has a spark module but the parts diagram on your website does not show it. Why? It is part number 9758080.

After a self clean I am getting an F3 E3 meat probe sensor error and oven is unusable. Which control should I be looking at changing? I see it has a couple, the clock control and a relay control board. Thank you!
For model number KGRS807SBL02
Hi Chad,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multimeter. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature and it should be unplugged from the oven. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If it checks out fine you will need to check the electronic control board. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may reference on how to use a multimeter, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
