Only some numbers on teh pad don't work. To i need to replace whole thing? Can i do it myself?

Hello Thomas, Thank you for your inquiry. I would advise checking both the membrane switch (touchpad with ribbon) and the electronic control board with a multimeter to see if they have continuity. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. We also have videos available to show you how to repair both parts. Hope this helps!
