I just need the touchpad control (i had and replaced the control board, but the part didn't come with the kaypad piece) can the touchpad be purchased separately?

Message says f1-7 and beeps...does the new control panel come with keyboard and circuit panel

Hi Shelley,
Thank you for your question, With this error code you will first need to make sure the ribbon on the back of the touch pad is securely connected to the electronic control board (circuit panel). If it is connected securely and making good contact, than there may be a problem in the control keypad. The keypad is sold separately from the control board. If the keypad is not the issue then the control board will need to be replaced.

The cancel button no longer works. Do I need both the control board and touch pad? How hard is this to replace?

Hi Peter, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the touchpad and control panel assembly, part number PS11744106. You will just need to remove the screw on each side of oven to get panel off and replace. We hope this information helps!
