When i push my start/ enter button for my oven, it will not come on after 5 seconds. It takes me trying to hold in or move my finger up and down to come on. Long time to get button to work
For model number Sf315pemw1
Hello Norma, thank you for your question. If the button is the issue, and moving your finger around will activate it eventually that means the button is failing and the electronic control board should be replaced. I hope this helps.

My oven (bake) does not turn on; however, the custom broil works fine. I replaced the igniter but it still does not work. What is my problem?
For model number sf315pepwo
Hi Cora,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multimeter. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature and it should be unplugged from the oven. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If it is not the sensor, you will need to check the electronic control board, the oven igniter and the gas valve. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Oven doesn't turn on, no heat. Broiler doesn't work either? What needs to be replaced? How much will it cost?
For model number SF315PEPQ0
Hello AARON and thanks for writing.
It sounds like a faulty oven ignitor PS11770066 check and replace if needed. You also need to check the oven sensor # PS11749737. It is recommended to replace both parts at the same time. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
