Made 10/1/2016. The heating element went out. I took a damp rag and wiped the element inside the dryer on the left side. Inside the dryer, it was black and now it will not heat up.

Hello,
The knob in my Whirlpool dryer (in the left side) popped off. It also pulled the shaft out as well. What kind of knob do I need?
