Stops half way through the wash cycle

Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. We suggest turning the knob manually to the next cycle to see if it starts normally. This could be caused by a defective Cycle Switch not starting and proceeding through the cycle properly. We hope this helps!
What does the control board do. My machine is 3 1/2 years old and there is something wrong. It will keep filling, and that is all. I have to manually bucket the water out. It does nothing, no agitate, no washing, no draining.

washer doesnt let water in, already changed water inlet valve

You will need to check the inlet hoses and screens, the water inlet valve, the lid lock, the switches and the electronic control board. My washer side goes into drain mode when starting any cycle, and the door doesn’t lock. I can’t get into diagnostic mode by following instructions. Am I safe to just order the washer control board and or the washer door switch?
