F11 error code when utilizing any function of the oven (convection roast/bake, etc). And when the oven does preheat it does not hold the set temperature

Hello Chris, thank you for your question. The F11 code is in relation to the oven temperature. We would recommend testing the oven sensor first. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If the sensor tests within those ranges the oven electronic control board would be the issue and would need to be replaced. I hope this helps!
