Broken dryer selector knob

I opened the box which contained the new selector knob. Placed it on my dryer and immediately turned the knob to start the dryer. Easy steps to follow the video supplied when i ordered the part. I am greatful you responded to my order within 3 days. Thanks

I used a pair of pliers to turn my dryer on until I broke the center part where the knob went. I order the part that was in the dryer first and it came the next day.
