Water will not pump out
For model number WDF330PAHB0
Hello Sam, thank you for reaching out. According to our research on the model, the problem appears to be with the Drain Hose, part number PS2358130. If that does not help then the issue is likely to be with the Drain Pump, part number PS11738151. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair!
Hello Kurt, Thank you for your inquiry. Checking your model, for the upper spray arm you would just need to grab the base and twist it clockwise to remove it, for the lower spray arm, twist it counterclockwise at the base. To clean both spray arms, you can use a solution of warm soapy water to clean the arm and for excess debris, you can soak the arm in a solution of 2 parts warm water and 1 part vinegar. Afterwards, you can also use Affresh dishwasher cleaner to keep away mineral buildup. We hope this helps.
