PDW8800LB General Electric Dishwasher - Instructions

After finding the leak source I have targeted the piece part on your web. It came 2 days after and I replaced the defective part by the new one. I switch off the water, untied the nut to release the pipe, take out the part.

The repair was easy. Removed all the screws from the inside door panel, approx. 11. Watch out for that last screw as there isn't anything else holding the outside panel, inside panel and control panel together other than those screws. I then unplugged the old dispenser backed out another 6 screws and replaced the old dispenser with the ... Read more new one. Put it all back together within about a half hour.

After removing the screws, the front of the dishwasher easily came off. I put 2 screws back in to hold the control panel in place. I did not want that to dangle while replacing the part. The part came off easily after removing the screws. Everything went together easy.

No instructions. At first thought I needed instructions. A minute later I was attaching the new rollers. Simple and easy. Took less than 15 minutes. Would recommend these rollers.

The repair is just a couple of minutes job. All I had to do was to pop the wheel axle in the new wheels, remove the old wheels and put the new ones in. Pull out the old, died gasket. Clean out track that holds gasket. insert new gasket.

Replaced interlock assembly as one of the possible causes. The replacement was easy, but this was not the final fix. I also replaced the water inlet valve, flood switch and finally found that there was large calcification within the drain tube assembly (not visible, but was blocking water). Watching for a potential leak from the drain tube to drain hose connection and mya need to tape it up, but so far so good...

HAHA! The easiest repair we have ever done! Took it out of the box, snapped the old arm loose, put the new arm in and -- the dishwasher works like new! Thank you!

The entire flat side of the end cap, (with the cutout latch), goes on the outside of the guide bar. It took less than 15 seconds to insert. It took about 30 minutes of searching for videos and playing around with the part to figure this out. A simple diagram would have been helpful.
