F21 code
Thank You so much for the other stories folks wrote on here! We were getting an F21 code on a regular basis. After finding a necklace and about $2.50 in change in the filter tray we found the problem. Over time I thought the washer was getting louder but it was so gradule that we really did not realize it.I had read other posts on here and ordered a new pump. After taking out 3 screws and 2 clamps the pump came right out and went in just as easy. Less than 15 minutes and we were back in business with a wisper quiet washing machine,Thanks Again everyone, Mike D.

drain pump impellar busted
I drained the water out of the pump area. Then took off all clamps and holding brackets. Next I pulled off the quick connect power plug. Then I put new pump in the way I took old pump out. The hardest part was unscrewing the bracket from underneath the washer. Cloth washer working fine.

Timer was not advanced due to door lock failure
Searched internet for diagnosis. Ran diagnostic test using the diagnostic manual from whirlpool. The error code was F29. Replaced door latch but problem was not solved. Then order the Motor Control Unit. Removed old control unit through the top by removing the top washer cover and numbering harness positions with painter's tape. Install the new Control Unit and ran diagnostic procedure. The problem was solved. The washer is working fine.

The orignal bellow disinigrated so water leaked everywhere
Well first off the part is different then the orignal so it does not fit correctly. I removed the old bellow and its cicular spring clamps. On the new bellow there is not enough lip on the rubber for hte clamps to be put back on and hold the bellow in place so it still leaks out the door. if the part was a match it would work but since the part number was changed and the design was changed it now does not fit correctly. INstructions did not come withthe part so had to find them online.

Washer would not move, spin or anything.
It took a very long time to attempt to diagnose the problem with this type of washer, finally was able to get the diagnostic to run and it said it was the Motor Control Unit (MCU). After ordering the part which was easy, it was not the reasoning for the problem and I still cannot get this machine fixed. Returned the part with ease, just waiting for the refund to go through.
