When on any sensor settings regardless of temp items are not drying or machine shutting off. The dryer was just delivered today.

When you turn on the unit to dry with heat on time, for example 20 minutes, it shuts down within a minute or two.Tumble without heat, it keeps running fine.

Hi Anthony, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend you check the venting system and clean the lint screen. If that is not the issue, we would suggest replacing the cycling thermostat, part number PS11745959. It monitors and regulates the temperature inside the dryer. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Can or do you all have the lint screen part. The handle that you pull out to clean the screen broke off, now it is next to impossible to get it out to clean it.

To reach the heating element you only need to open the back cover of the dryer (about 8 nut-head screws). Remember to disconnect the power.

First tried heating element and thermal fuse with no luck. Ordered thermal cutoff and fixed problem. Had I used an ohm meter first I would have determined problem before having ordered heating element and fuse, as both had resistance.
