Hi, i just ordered a part for my dryer. Part number on the broken handle is w10714516. The part number on the order receipt is ps11731583. Is this the same part?

I am trying to order a handle for my dryer and I put part # w10861225 and when I go to check out it says part # ps11731583 . I want to make sure I get the right one.

Dryer was part of our new construction. Door handle fell off - how can i get a replacement handle - believe the part is under 10 year warranty?

Thank you for your question. You should not need to download a YouTube video. I am not sure who sent it to you but all you would need to do is copy the link and paste it into the URL bar in your browser. That will generally take you to the video so that you can watch it. Unfortunately we do not have any videos for your model specifically however we do have a video for a handle that is similar. The handle on my dryer isn't broken, but it's coming loose in one upper corner. Can it be made secure again, or do i have to get a new handle? The dryer has always been hard to open, have to give it a real tug on the handle.

The plastic handle use to open the door broke.
Go to you tube to see how easy it is to fit the new handle. . It was a snap!
