While moving the washer It caught the control shaft on the entry door of my home and broke.
I jumped online and found the part, it was shipped super quick. Utubed the how to switch a control, electric panel. Once the part arrived I took the old one off, switched a few buttons from the old control panel to the new control panel, hooked it to the washer, put it back together and like new it worked!!

The upper dish rack was falling off its track.
I watched the installation video and ordered the part. When it came I reviewed the video and did the repair. Really the only time I used the screwdriver was to get the old wheel off the back part of the unbroken section of the mounting strip so I could use it on the new mounting strip.

made a loud knockin banging noise on spin cycle
the repair cost was about 1300$ from a repairman! and they wanted to replace the complete inside drum assembly, so i decided to break it down myself and i'm an average do it yourselfer 1. unplug machine 2. remove water hoses 3. remove the top 4. remove back panel and front complete 5. remove all inside connecting wires but leave them close as to make it easy to reconnect 6. take all three shocks loose from bottom of drum and remove all counter weights (concrete) 2 on front and 1 in back as to keed drum ballanced for removal and 7. remove the complete drum 8. set drum down door side down and remove pully and then all the metal clips with a flat screw driver and lift back portion of the outer drum up and remove. then the inner drum will be visable 9. take the 6 Torx (star) screws out of the drum support and remove! and semply reverse the process for assembly! taken photos of the process will help the assembly process as well

Water on the floor under washer
I pulled the front load washer away from the wall and unplugged. I tilted it back against the wall. I removed three screws from the lower front cover plate of washer. Once removed, I had access to the tub to pump hose which I found a small hole in. I went online to Partselect and found my part. The hose was connected in three different places by compression clamps. I then pulled the compression clamps off the connections. Cleaned up all connection points with a damp rag. Upon installation of the new tub to pump hose, I discarded the compression clamps and installed the new part using radiator clamps purchased at a auto parts store. Plugged washer back in and started a load too make sure all connections were good and tight with no leaks. After checking for leaks, I re-installed the front cover plate. Tilted washer back down being careful not too set it down hard or on my feet. Job Done....
