Frame of the major shelf broke
It was an easy repair, not even sure if I would call it a repair. First remove the two veggie bins and then remove the frame and glass shelf. Put the new frame I've received with the glass and slide it back in the refrigerator. Thanks to the help of the customer service rep and made sure I had the correct part.

broken plastic supports
turned it off. took out the old and set the new in place. no tools required but did have to "pop" stuff into place. it was fairly awkward to do. Also would like to have replaced veggie bins They are cracked but these are not available. Only problem was figuring out what to order from the exploded diagram. It is very small on the computer screen and part numbers are difficult to read even with a magnifying glass
