Broken left sided attachment clasp/arm
The replacement basket for the left swing door went extremely smooth. The part was an exact fit and just required a little pressure while attaching the new replacement part.
highly recommend part select in doing a replacement for this part.
The schematic for the refrigerator is blurry and difficult to see on-line, so one a representative from parts select assisted me in finding the correct part.

Broken shelf for the vegatable bins
The glass was ordered correctly. The part was too big for mt refrigerator. I tried to send it back, but I got no reply. I tried cutting the glass to size and it shattered. I wasted 60.00 and im disgusted with your company.

Fridge door wouldn’t shut
Took old door strip (spring broke) and installed new with spring It went well and was working in less than 5 minutes

This is the second time they have mailed me the wrong spring. I talked to someone the last time and explained everything About my refrigerator. I had a Repair man come and try to put this part on my refrigerator this time and he told me that this spring is not for this side of my door. The first tim
Expensive to have repair man come out and find out that I’ve been mailed wrong spring again. My icemaker is on the left hand side this is the side of refrigerator- I need the spring for left side with the ice maker. Twice they have mailed me the Wrong spring that goes on the right hand side I have tried to explain this to the person that waits on me. Do I have to pay for another spring and mail this one back ?i have mailed one back and postage is getting expensive.

ice would stick in 5 of the 14 cubes spaces from mineral deposits, then ice couldn't drop and water would not fill
was easy watching youtube video of how to replace whole ice maker, was only 3 screws, remove from the door, a couple of screws hold it to the flat piece, route the wires around the unit, connect the plug as installing it in the door, position it, and tighten 3 screws, that easy

ICE MAKER WAS LEAKING WATER ON THE FLOOR / CRACKED TRAY
REMOVED 4 SCREWS HOLDING UNIT IT DISCONECTED PLUG TO CONTROLER AND REMOVED IT BY PULLING OUT ON THE BOTTOM FIRST. TO INSTALL SLIDE THE UNIT UP AND IN FROM THE BOTTOM CONNECT THE PLUG AND INSTALL THE SCREWS. THE TOP SCREW HAS A PLASTIC SPACER WASHER. UNIT WILL NOT START TO MAKE ICE UNTILL IT REACHES TEMPATURE, GIVE IT TIME. WATER DESPENSER WILL WORK. CONTROLS ON THE FRONT OF THE DOOR WILL LIGHT UP NORMALY. I REMOVED MINE WHILE WAITING FOR PART TO ARRIVE, 4 DAYS. EVERYTHING WORKED EXCEPT WATER & ICE DESPENSER AND CONTROL DISPLAY ON THE DOOR.

The Mullion Strip Spring Broke
Removed mullion strip with Phillips screwdriver replaced spring reinstalled the mullion strip all in about 15 minutes.

Ice maker bucket/dispenser broke
Removed old bucket and placed new one In its place. New one is actually better than OEM part because it has an arm than breaks up any ice that may jam.

Ice Maker and Water dispenser stopped working
Pulled the fridge out.
Unscrewed the back cover and the one screw holding the value assemble.
undid the 2 hoses and replaced the part.
