The freezer door handle is loose. How do i tighten it back up?
For model number KRFF305ESS00
Hello Bill, thank you for your question. There should be a small set screw on the underside of the handle that you can tighten to secure that side of the handle. We hope this helps.

Air damper not working
For model number KRFF305ESS00
Hello Brendan, thank you for contacting us. The refrigerator air damper may not be working due to being blocked by ice, or a failed motor. First, check for ice buildup around the vents and clear it. If there is no ice, inspect the damper assembly, part number PS11756641, for physical damage or obstructions and test the motor with a multimeter. We hope this information helps!
Freezer light is out. Where is the location and how do I replace the bulb?
Thank you,
For model number KRFF305ESS00
Hello Jerry, thank you for reaching out. The light bulbs are located inside the grille at the top, where the controls are located. To replace the bulb, use the following instructions:
1. Unplug the refrigerator or disconnect the power.
2. Remove the light shield. To disconnect the light shield from the light assembly, slide it toward the back of the compartment.
3. Replace the burned-out bulb with a bulb of the same size, shape, and wattage.
4. Replace the light shield.
5. Plug in the refrigerator or reconnect the power.
We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place. Once end cap was removed the drawer track could be removed and placed on new end cap. Installation of new end cap took less than 5 minutes. Most of the time spent was removing/replacing food and cleaning the shelf/bins. PartSelect was awesome BTW!
