Time to replace the charcoal filter

First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

Replaced light bulb.

removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Stood on a step stool (microwave over stove), took off the one panel,removed old filter and put in new one

Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.

Unscrewed light cover then inserted lights. When I called your company gave them the model Number they knew the exact part needed promptly mailed the replacement lights.
