Simply unscrew four small screws on the top aluminum cover plate ((two on top and two on the side of the plate) and the glass easily slides out and is replaced with the new glass. Once the glass is replaced, you simply screw the cover plate back on.

Very easy repair. Removed 4 screws and slid the double oven out about 4 inches. Removed 4 screws to remove the upper control panel. Snapped the old control board out and the new one in. Took 15 minutes total. Worked perfectly with the new control board.

Super easy repair! I slide the old glass out and was able to clean all 3 layers of glass which has been driving me crazy for years. To install the new glass required unscrewing and screwing in 2 screws. If I had waited for a repair person, it would have been one month. Instead the new glass came in a couple days and the repair took 15

Ordered and received the terminal block. Installed it along with a new 220V power cord and the appropriate insulator . Ensured the terminals were tight with a nut driver. Reinstalled cover. Then, using the control panel, I did a function check on all the heating elements, clock, oven light, to satisfy all operational requirements. All ch

ecked good! And, I was relieved that the control panel had not been shorted out as the terminal block was due to a loose connection. Easy fix.

Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. Decided to replace the stationary racks with rolling racks

To my amazement, they got here overnight. We unboxed them and put them in. Doesn't get any easier than that. Now all of the racks in my double oven are super easy to use when cooking. Wish you made rolling racks for the gas stoves (unfortunately, the ones for the double ovens were too big for the gas oven).Thank you
