Easy Fix
To replace the broken latch (which rendered the microwave inoperable), I used a flat head screw driver to pry the plastic surround off of the inside of the microwave door. Then used the same screwdriver to pry off the metal inner apron--BE CAREFUL, when the metal apron pops off, the door glass will slip down. Latch itself easily popped into place. We took advantage of the repair to give micro a thorough cleaning--consider ordering filters when ordering parts to save on shipping. Repair was much easier than trying to locate an over-the-range micro to fit in same spot and latch itself was <$5.00.

Had preheated the convection/microwave oven to bake 2 frenchbread pizzas for 25 minutes. Placed aluminum tray on top of glass plate with pizzas. 20 minutes into baking the plate cracked in half. Why? Don't know. Never had before.
Unpacked glass plate from cardboard box and placed atop rotating spindle inside oven - done.

Glass turntable broke when being washed.

Broken Glass Cooking Tray: need replacement part
Took item from sealed box and removed protective bubble wrap. Placed tray in microwave, aligning tray with turntable sprockets. Perfect fit, perfect match! And the part arrived in three days and was very competitively priced. What more is there to stay? Will use PartSelect for other replacement parts. No brainer!
