Clearing the clean code was the hardest part.
I had no problem installing the new filter. Just used a phillips screw driver to remove the two screws holding the vent cover in place. Cleaned the dust out of the ducts and reinstalled the new filter. The screws must be held to the screw driver with your finger tips so you don't drop them in the vent cover. The most difficulty I had was in clearing the clean code from the screen. There are no instructions in the owners manual for doing this. But after several tries I got it.

Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Suffice to say the replacement went well and you can be certain the next time I need a part I will go to you first. I am also impressed with the organizations with which you are affiliated with. BBB, Norton, PayPal, money back guarantee etc. Thank You The entire process was made pleasant with your support.

2 burned out bulbs under the microwave/important light source for kitchen stove.
I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

No Heat / sparks
This is an over stove top mounted oven. Remove oven from mount and place on a work surface with padding to support the lamps and vent holes. Strip the case off and locate the noted other "most likely" parts. Watch out for the Capasitor. Read the test note available for each part; Diode, Thermister Fix, Capasitor and Magnitron. Do the test checks. My issue wasn't obvious because I think the Capasitor was discharged and needed to be hot to check the Magnitron. (I'm not an electrical engineer so...) At this point I did the foolish thing...I plugged the unit in and ran it. Watching from a distance I saw sparks fly from the top side of the Magnitron with the same result from my cup of water (cold-no sprks here.) I replaced the diode and tried again, same result. I ordered the Mag and the Thrmst-Fix. Thrmst-Fix was on BO when the Mag got here so I installed the part. Had to remove several pieces to afford room to work and still had to stretch and pry to get the old out and new in. Mag is held in place with Torx screws so check that before you start. No other tool works. Mag was the problem for this unit. Some problems encountered: Parts and pieces were quick in arriving as long as they were not Back Ordered. Be careful to follow a thread for your product to order parts. These review/instructions are mixed for simular appliances and sometimes lead off to other part lists and numbers. Prices differ from model to model, list to list and the part numbers change. Go back to your product and then trace for the correct parts. I noted a $40 price dif.between Magnitrons from simular part lists. When you receive the part check to match the part numbers, Manuf. no. are different from the Part Select No. but can be crossed. Otherwise using this site's instructions, checks, insulated tools, big rubber gloves and a face shield I managed to save a $600 machine from the junk pile. Parts as ordered were recieved and return of un-touched parts were accepted by Parts Select without unexpected hassle. Thanks for a positive experience.

Noisy turntable motor
Unplug microwave. Remove turntable and support from inside. Remove outside bottom cover (10 screws). Remove 2 torx screws holding motor in place. Remove 2 wires from motor, noting colors. Wires are held with spade connectors that has a small tab that needs to be depressed. Remove washer from motor and place on new motor. Entire procedure very easy.
