Powered Off completely
After reading reviews that there was no power what so ever and a fuse replacement will solve the problem, I tried it. Replacing the fuse is very easy (and I am not handy at all). All you have to do is remove the microwave cover from the top by removing two screws, slide the cover to the left and pulling the cover off. Then remove the grill in front of you, by removing one or two screws. The fuse is in front of you, use pliers and be firm but gentle. Replacing the fuse is easy but it did not solve my problem.

Flame Sensor Dead and Light Bulb Out
The oven overheated when timed cooked was pushed with an empty oven instead of the timer. The oven outside was very warm. I thought the oven was toast and we searched for a comparable one but found they all were rated average to lower than average. So I took the oven cover off aafter buying a special screwdriver bit at ACE Hardware for the security screws. I saw no burned or melted parts. Under the cover was a schematic in an envelope. I traced the hot wire through the fuse and checked the fuse. It was good. Then I traced the neutral wire to a "Flame Sensor" and I wondered what that was. I discovered online that this is an oven over-temperature sensor. I tested the part and it measured infinite ohms. Eureka! I ordered the part and broken light bulb which came promptly. Both parts just require push-on wire connectors and small metal tabs which are bent 90° to hold the parts in place. Very quick and easy repair.

The problem I had with the Microwave Oven was noise when Plate was rotating
After contacting GE support I realized the only interest they had in helping me was to recommend sending a $$$ technican to diagnose the problem. I decided to go to the Sears Parts select website.to see if others were experiencing the noise me microwave was making. After reading through others posting on the subject I decided to purchase the Synchronous Motor. While waiting for the part to come I decided to lubricate the hub of the spides that rotates the plate with white Lithium grease. After a couple of times utilizing the microwave noise went away so whn the part arrived at me home I put it in a drawer just incase I need it a some future date. Hope that someone else finds this information useful. "The Crafty Dodger in Houston"

All power to the microwave went out.
PartSelect had helpful repair instructions on-line which made the repair easier and faster. Unfortunately, there were other problems with the oven that immediately blew the new fuse I had just installed. It was then determined that additional repair would most likely cost almost as much as a new microwave.

Original "Rotating Ring Guide" was broken where it goes through the bottom of the microwave.
I installed the new "Rotating Ring Guide" by setting it on the floor of the microwave with the gear socket going through the bottom of the microwave to engage the gear that turns the rotating ring guide. I then set the glass cooking tray upon it and the job was done. About 30 seconds start to finish.

When trying to run, intermittently, the light would come on but the tray wouldn't rotate or cook. When the door was open, the tray would intermittently rotate.
I pulled out the unit and found 2 interlock switches that are depressed when the door closes. After cycling the door open/closed I found that one of the switches occasionally would stay depressed. The repair was easy (after I took off the panels so I could get to the switch) I simply removed 2 screws that attached the interlock switch assemblies to the main unit. Then I popped out the defective switch and popped in the new one. This did indeed fix my problem.
