I followed the instructions provided on the video emailed to me. I had some trouble only because my refrigerator was slightly different and it was hard to get the old condenser fan motor out. I am enormously grateful to them. They shipped my parts the next day which is evidence of their sincere concern and understanding of the urgency of my problem. I can surely say they saved me many hundreds of dollars!

Removed 2 screws and removed the old slide. Installed new slide and 2 screws . Done.

removed 6 screws and repaced cover.

I must thank yo for sending the fan so fast. If I ever have to deal with any appliance again, you are first on my list.

After I have checked oline , I ordered the parts wich Igot a day early and fix it , it took me about 15 minutes and I saved at 250.00 dollars . Thanks for all the help.

First I removed the ice tray rack lifting it out of the way to reach the back cover of the fan. Then, the whole back inside panel had to be removed. Two screws removed the fan and bracket from the freezer unit. The missing bumper lid just snapped into place. Replaced everything in reverse order. Pretty easy job.

WE (WIFE) took out the old parts an replaced with new one ..Be careful to get the placement of the Grommet or they "POP" out on you. fast ship on the parts too.

I watched the repair video on partselect's website for the condenser fan motor and realized I could do the repair. The hard part was putting the two screws back on the bracket to mount the fan. (they were not easy to get to with your hands let alone tools) other than that super easy and great experience!

Simply followed the video -- VERY helpful... BUT: getting the bottom tab to re-insert into the holder after the motor was replaced was VERY difficult...!!! Being able to move both the fan motor holder (with the tab) AND the coil made it happen, easily...

Unplug the unit and pull away from wall. Remove the screws from the lower back panel. Locate the condenser fan motor and the bracket holding it in place. Unplug the wire clamp connecting the motor to the power supply. Remove the screw holding the bracket onto the condenser coil. Pull the entire assembly from the unit. Pull the fan o ... Read more ff the old motor. Remove the motor bracket from the larger bracket. Replace the motor. Assemble again with the rubber grommets, motor bracket, and fan. Reinstall larger bracket, now with new motor, into the unit. Ensure the bracket prong is received into the coil bracket. If all aligns well, screw the bracket back onto the coil. Plug the new motor into the power supply. Temporarily plug in refrigerator to confirm motor functions. Unplug again and replace lower panel.

1- youtubed the potential diagnoses, 2- resourced and ordered parts, 3- removed old socket, installed new one :-)... My fridge is an older fridge and could've used a screwdriver for eyeglasses. Plug and play easy... YAY!

I removed the pan with the gliders attached. I used a socket set to remove the broken glider from the pan. Then, I put the new glider on and tightened the socket and put the whole apparatus back in the refrigerator. I am a 75 year old woman and had no trouble doing this myself.

I replaced the compressor fan.

remove shelf above tray to access rail. remove broken rail. use screws from broken rail to attach rail to shelf.
