While cleaning out the frig we removed the bottom shelf to remove the glass and really scrub it down. When we went to put it back in, my wife grabbed the crisper door front and snapped it offf. I immediately went to the computer to find a replacement part and found PartSelect.com. I plugged in the model number and I immediately saw a diagram to pick out my part. I had it ordered before she got all the food back in the frig! The part arrived early and I installed it in a matter of seconds. So easy to find the part, order it and install. looked at the model diagram to see what was missing. copied down your schematic and I ordered the required parts over the phone. It was very easy to do. The parts arrived in two days.

I removed the old lamp cover and case. Discovered that the last repair person had not re installed it correctly so the case had melted from the bulbs. I Removed the screws that was supposed to hold it up, assembled the case and cover, inserted the screws and anchored them in where they belong. Problem solved!

Replacement part from PartSelect was OEM, identical to original part. Installation was very quick. Inserted hinge on left side and then depressed the right side to slip it into place. Presto, it was done. Most impressed with PartSelect on the OEM replacement part and very prompt delivery.

Removal was pretty easy-- replacing crisper drawer took a little care so as not the snap off the hinge- thank you for the speed in which I got my part, no sooner did I order my part- it showed up at my door. your service was outstanding, put you in my favorites just incase I need to order again.

Replacing the broken part with the new part was really quite simple. The part just snapped in. The part was identical to the original. I must add that the web site was very easy to navigate, find the part, and order it. The part arrived very quickly. Guy

replaced melted light covers, replaced switches, and found another problem with power circuit board relay, on order now!!

the lights melted the lamp case and cover. I determined it was the switch ,but there was 2 of them . I replaced both . I used a screw driver to pry the covers off the switches which are on the top of the unit .Then I press the tabs on the switch and pulled it out. Slip the wire connect off. slip the wire connect on new switch press it in till the tabs snap in ,put covers back on. the lamp base and cover had two screws holding them, pull the screws slip the old melted base and cover. snap the new base and cover in and put the screws in done!

The vegetable bins at the bottom of the refigerator weren't sliding smoothly, as the two outlying rollers had snapped off the large plastic frame that houses said bins. Unclipped/unsnapped all the covers and glass shelving and remaining rollers attached to the frame and reinstalled them on the new frame. The only tough part was removing/installing a couple of large transpaent pieces of plastic that sit directly under the glass shelf. I'm not sure what their function is, except perhaps to look nice. But I had to pull the frame out with surprising force to snap the pieces in and out. Had to use a screwdriver for leverage and was afraid I was going to crack the frame. There must be a trick to it, because I'm a strong guy and it was still hard for me to do; there must be an easier way. Nevertheless I got them in ok, and bins pull out easily again. I was impressed when comparing the old frame to the new one, btw, as the new one's roller-attachment point is far sturdier than the old one. Obviously this was a weak point that has been well-addressed.

No installation instructions. I just took everything out of the shelf holding the drawers and figured it out myself. Unfortunately today's products are made with cheap brittle plastic. This is the second time I have ordered parts for this refrigerator from you and I am glad you are so efficient and shipped orders quickly.

At first, ordered only a latch only to discover the mounting strip had instead failed. Ordering parts wasn't difficult although the parts catalog graphic leaves a lot to desire. Once I figured out how to remove the strip (had to remove the seal first and no instructions existed), it was easy to snap out the old and snap in the new part. This sure beat the cost of paying a repairman. However I fear than most homeowners that aren't mechanically inclined wouldnt have been successful because of no instructions and the parts catalog that had poor detail and a very small size.

Replaces door switches - removed screw from door hinge cover, lifted cover and removed switch. Plugged in new switch and reversed process. Removed screws from light bracket. Attached new frame to slots in roof and used screws to attach. Clipped on light cover.
