There are water puddles in the bottom of fresh food section and in the freezer is freezing up. What is the cause?

GE refrigerator freezer. Freezer on the bottom. One side of the handle is undone. The left side of the freezer handle is in place. I don't know if it's broke or screws missing. Help. Thank you.

There is a little spring on the right door of the fridge about 1 inch size that I need to replace. I replaced with a GE part about 2-3 years ago and I need to buy another one.That spring turn a bar and a light goes on or off. Unscrew old filter and remove(counterclockwise). Line up arrow on new filter with arrow on connection housing. Turn clockwise till resistance met. Do not overtighten. Follow directions. Simple.

Hing broke to the flipper seale door betwen the french door
Until I figured out that the Metal cover on the divider door had to be removed (pried out) giving access to the hidden hinges. After that the hinges could be removed and replaced.Great with giving phone thou.
