Condenser fan not turning

In order to remove the condenser fan motor I needed to remove the fan blade. The blade is attached to the shaft with a press fit and there is a spring clamp that squeezes the blade to the shaft. Removing the spring clamp did not allow the fan to slide off the shaft because there must be some type of adhesive used in addition to the clam p. In forcing the blade off the shaft expect to damage the fan blade so that is why it was replaced. Very tight working area and difficult to get the leverage to pull on the blade.
The new blade will push on with a bit of force.
