First, remove the bottom front covers (two parts four screws). Second, remove the two screws at the top that secure the dishwasher to the counter. Third, gently pull away the dishwasher from underneath the counter just far enough to see and be able to remove the door spring(s) - one on each side. Fourth, remove the existing hinge arm l

ink(s) if not already broken off, replace with the new one(s). Note that the door hinge goes on the door (front) side of the spring and the other side fits into a groove on the door arm - the other end of the spring attaches to one of the 3 available holes on the frame at the bottom. It would be a good idea to replace the hinge arm links on both sides even if only one is broken. Make sure that the door has the right tension (each spring can be hooked in 1 of 3 holes to adjust the tension). Then gently push the dishwasher back under the counter. Finally, replace the screws under the counter and replace the covers on the bottom front. All of this should take no more than 15-20 minutes. This was an easy job!

It was very simple to install. At first my husband thought I had ordered the wrong part. I guess they just revamped the part and it worked out really well. And I didn't have it mailed special but I got the parts in about 2 days. My only problem is that the shipping cost as much as the parts.
But the parts are installed and the wheels ... Read more don't fall off anymore!! If I need anything else I will use your company again and I will tell friends and family about you guys.

I examined the wheels and noticed that they were actually fine, it was just the clip on axles that had worn out. I had recently used a dishwasher cleaner, I think that was the straw that broke the camels back. The replacement axles that I ordered were actually a bit different than the original. It turns out they had been greatly improv

Remove all wheels on one side. Use pliers to remove broken axles from wheels. Pop in new axles, then go to lower rack and attach to rack by pushing axle pinch mechanism onto rack support. New axles do not look like old ones—they are improved.

I only had to repair the wheel axle. Since I read another post stating you don't have to change the wheels, I ordered only the axle and they popped right into the existing wheel and attached to bottom rack better than original design.

We ordered 4 wheels and axels, took off the old wheels, assembled the new wheels by popping the axel into the wheel (really simple) and then snapping them onto the post. It was incredibly simple. We waited 3 days for the wheels to arrive, the mailing cost was more than the parts! The result is amazing, the lower rack now runs smoothly and

The replacement studs that were suggested fixed the problem that we were having. The fix was easy and took less than ten minutes to take the broken studs out and snap the new ones into place. The studs are designed to hold onto the rack much tighter than the original studs and completely fixed the problem of the wheels falling off anytim

Contacted PartsSelect online on Thursday. Saturday the parts arrived. My son and I pulled the old connectors off the wheels and snapped the new ones in place. Then he snapped all the wheels onto the rack. DONE. I still find myself wanting to lift the rack now but the wheels are on and I am happy. All around EXCELLENT. Thank you.
