1. Open refrigerator door.
2. Push glass shelve in until it locks.
3. If 1 and 2 are too hard for you, "man up" and ask your wife for help.

Remove the one screw holding the unit in place, unplug it, slide in the replacement, plug and screw it in.

When I received the freezer door gasket, I placed in in the house over heater outlet for a few hours to warm up. Then I removed old gasket, and installed new gasket. It went well, but I could detect small leaks along bottom of door gasket, so I placed small strips of Monster Tape between seal and door frame to complete the seal. I works g ... I used a screwdriver and it took about 2 minutes to install. Very easy to do.

Followed the steps on the linked video. Absolutely accurate and easy to follow. Beware: Don't drop a screw down the opening after removing the styrofoam block.

Followed the on line instructions and found the repair to be very easy. Took longer to remove the food from the freezer than to switch out the fan motor.

Ordered motor fan and grommet, swapped out the parts in about 20 minutes ,very easy

Just take out the old one and put the new one

Unplug the refrigerator. Gently pry old switch out with screw driver. Move wires to connector on new switch with needle nose pliers. Pop it back into the hole. Plug back in. Peek inside to see the lights working.

Just put one end in its slot and that was that.

0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot.

4. Put the cap back.
5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.

No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

First I unplugged the power. Then I removed the wire shelf, center plastic cover, flited the stryofoam piece out, removed the back panel. Then I disconnedted the fan connectors. Then I took the fan brackets off and removed the clamp holding the fan blades to the motor shaft. I then reversed the steps to complete the installation.

Find a video on youtube. Remove 6 screws. Pull the Styrofoam part up before removing the panel. Unplug and Remove the fan assembly.
You will need a NUT DRIVER to take the bracket off the backing plate.
I ordered the red grommet and the red bumper. You need TWO of the red grommets if that is the problem. My freezer was about 8 ... Read more years old, and the grommets were worn and compressed, the bumper was not. Replacing these parts DID NOT FIX the problem. I needed a new motor.
I probably disassembled and reassembled this stuff about 7 times before I got all the parts and tools. Each time I had to unload the freezer.

My husband took out the old icemaker in about 5 minutes. The new icemaker was a perfect fit even though the refrigerator was >10yrs old.
