glass door needed to be replaced

it took 2 people to do this job. we had to place a yard stick inside the door to keep it open because after we removed the 2 screws inside the door that held the handle on, the door would not stay open. after removing the handle we had to slide the glass down from the top and line it in the slots at the bottom and then we had to replace t he handle back on top of the stove, lining up the slots and the side pieces. after that we screwed in the 2 screws and yea! we did it right. The glass is in and we managed to not break it!

First I Pulled the oven away from the wall and turned off the gas and unplugged the oven. I then removed the bottom drawer and the oven door to get easy access to the ignitor location. I then removed the oven racks and the 2 shields which cover the ignitor with a screw driver. I then removed & unplugged the ignitor and 2 screws holding the ignitor in place. This all took about 15 minutes. I then reversed the process and installed and assembled the oven. It only took about 25 min in total time and low and behold the oven worked again. Amazing the technology stuff. My wife things I am a genius...again. Not!!!

I still don't have it back together! The first time we ordered the part the gentleman sent me the trim for the left side which seemed to be fine but while replacing it the old part (right side) broke. Ok. so I called to order same part but for the right side. Well, the lady told me I could only order the oven door trim kit, which seems t o be too large. I don't think she understood me. Why the 1st time ordering I could get the left side only now when ordering the right side she says we don't sell it that way. Very confused and still can't use my oven since Dec,19th!!
