Washer was making more noise than usual then would get out of balance and stop. Drum is very wobbly.

Good Day Paula. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number FFTW4120SW). Based on our research, this may have something to do with the balance ring (PartSelect Number PS12176474). The balance ring sits on top of the outer tub and helps to counter the force of the spin cycle. The balance ring is filled with fluid which helps to dampen the vibration of the washer. If this fluid leaks out of the balance ring, the washer tub will vibrate and shake during operation. Check the balance to determine if is still filled with fluid; if the balance ring is emptied of fluid, replace it. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

This machine has been giving the "e4" code saying the load is uneven and stopping pretty consistently. I have checked using a level that the washer is not uneven itself, and i have tried adjusting the clothes inside. It has also recently been making a squeak during the rinse/spin cycle. The belt appears to look okay. I'm not sure how else to troubleshoot the machine without spending a fortune getting someone to look at it.

Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest replacing the suspensions rods under part PS12176453 for your model sold individually to fix the level and squeaking issues in the washer. We hope this helps.

The washer fills with too much water, i put in two towels and a tee shirt and it fill to half way. Water is way to high.

Hello Mark, Thank you for writing. The Agitator just slips on the the Clutch Body Shaft, there is no Bolt required. We hope this helps!

The agitator keeps coming loose and popping off the washer. Will I have to replace the whole agitator or is there something else I can do?

Hi Richard, thank you for contacting us. We believe your washer is having this problem because of the faulty agitator, part number PS12176473. We hope this solves your problem!
Unscrewed the top of the washer after disconnecting the hoses. Tipped the matching on its back. Places a 2x4 underneath the tub to release the tension on the rods, then just popped the old one out and put the new one in. Tipped the machine back up and reconnected everything.
