Just pushed the grill on

Easy shelf removal and replacement, just slide in place.

Door bins were easy to hook and snap into place.

Handle has a hook on one end and just two screws to secure at the other end.

The repair itself total time was quick and easy. Since the original fan blade blew apart, it was only a matter of putting the new one on in it's place. This can be done by feeding the blade between the cowling and Condenser coil and applying pressure to get it on the shaft.

If your fan is still on the shaft, simply push it off and extract it the same way. Then place the new one on the shaft.

In my case, since the part would take a couple days to get, and I had food both in the fridge and the freezer, I removed and unplugged the Condenser Fan Motor and the cowling frame and temporarily spliced a small fan I had into the line for the condenser motor. This kept the fridge working long enough to get the replacement part.

Side note. Direction of airflow is towards the Compressor, and draws air across the Condenser coils.

The old gasket was dirty and old and it had ripped, so the fridge would no longer close. The new gasket came in and all we had to do was push it into the groves and make sure it was secure, and it was fixed. Saved me hundreds of dollars buying a new fridge.

After checking the capacitor and 3 in 1 starter run relay for continuity and both measuring , I was able to remove the old parts and install the new parts for the refrigerator after unplugging the unit. I also checked the new parts prior to installing. I also went on Parts Select and watched some very helpful videos. Thanks a lot for your help desk for going above and beyond to ensure that I ordered the correct part! ????

Slid it in place. Waiting patiently for lower shelf that holds vegetable bins. We have duct taped the broken one together and it is holding for now. We would like an update on expected delivery date.

I removed the two side mount screws with a screwdriver and disconnected the electrical plug to the ice maker to remove it. I reversed the process to install the new one.

It was the thermostat that was the problem, but I chose to replace the entire ice maker for only $25 more.

Easiest way to install was to insert the cover first then insert the glass insert being sure to tilt a little and inert under the shallow lip at the front of the cover. Not a good idea to assemble before inserting in the fridge. When cleaning the refrigerator shelves in the past I took then out of the refrigerator, cleaned them and re-installed in the method above. Just was not careful enough removing when I dropped the glass

Set new shelf in place and push down. Very easy!

Turned off water to inlet valve. Unbolted valve from back of unit, disconnect water supply line from valve, disconnected water line to ice maker. Put on new compression ring around water supply line. Pressed ice maker line into new valve, installed valve back on unit, then connected main supply line to valve. Works like a charm.

Put old glass in new frame drop one side under small lip of frame..done..perfect!

i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days after.. the shipment fee was 6 dollar i saved the taxi money going and coming i might have had even had to go to multiple store before i can find my part.

well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.
