EI32AF65JS0 Electrolux Freezer - Instructions

Followed the sites instructions. Empty the bottom part of the freezer. Remove the screws. Move the panel out of the way. Easily remove the old part and replace with the new. Put the panel and screws back in place. The freezer works.

inspected visible refrigeration lines for evidence of leaking, found nothing substantial that would cause concern, ordered capacitor and defrost thermostat simply because both are inexpensive parts and theoretically either could be causing the problem. TURN OFF WATER!! UNPLUG REFRIGERATOR!! Remove water fittings and electrical connector on old valve. Remove two mounting screws on pump bracket. Reverse procedure to install.

Replaced freezer defrost thermostat. Unit worked perfectly.

I unscrewed the screws that held the old fan on, disconnected the wiring harness and removed the old fan. I pulled the blades off the motor and put it on the new fan. One thing of note, the screw holes on the new fan weren't threaded. I assume this is by design, so I used the screws to thread the holes before installing it in the freezer ... Read more . Once I did this, the rest of the installation was easy, just screw it back in and connect the wiring harness.

I should have ordered start kit instead of start capacitor. The start cap astir did not fix problem so I ordered kit. Compasator comes as part of kit. Followed enclosed instructions. Cut existing wires and reconnected new wiring. Simple as that. It's a plug in item. Now worried it may be working to good. Freezer down to 10 deg. Watching ... per the video..easy installation....unfortunately the temperature did not improve. We still have a refrigerator temp in the upper freezer.....and a "cooler" in the refrigerator section

I watched the videos (they really help) and followed the steps. Everything went smooth with no surprises

When i found out there was no thread in brace where bolts were supposed to screw in, I panicked. I thought I would have to send part back or go to a machine shop to make a thread. thanks to all of the people who had the same problems I was able to make a quick fix on my fridge. I pulled the back cover off and found the compressor not kicking on so I replaced the start cap. and im back in bussiness.

it was great. I ordered the capacitor for my frigidaire frig and it arrived
in 3 days. plugged in the part to the compressor and my frig has been
working ever since. I spent 3 minutes ordering the part and 30 seconds
attaching it to the frig. Easy, very easy. saved myself a 75 dollar repair

Old part threads : made in China (brass) New part : made in Mexico (steel). First, unplugged it from the wall. As for the valve, removed the two screws holding the valve in, disconnected the plug, took the pipe cutter, cut the blue line to the ice maker, cleaned up the cut, pushed that line into the new one and reassembled. Done!

Removed water line. Removed two screws holding valve. Disconnected line from valve going to Ice maker. Replaced screws and water line. I replaced the defrost timer,defrost thermostat,and run cap.as it turned out the compressor went bad. I dont know the model because but the time I got this review I replaced the refer with a knew one . two weeks living out of coolers was so much fun !!!!!!!!

Remove back cover (5 screws )remove valve ( 1 screw ).Disconnect in and out water lines. Disconnect wire on solenoid. Install in reverse. Dont forget to turn off water.
