Freezer worked, frig not cooling
First, read through blogs which said it could be something frozen up. I unplugged and let it warm for a few days. Didn't work. No ice found. Then, assumed to be thermostat. Unplug frig. One screw removes cover, then another 2 screws to take out thermostat compartment. Unplug wires from harness and remove. Simply put in the new thermo (reverse from removal), and reassemble. Bingo, nice and cool within 12 hr. Rock solid 35F ever since. Pretty simple.

The fridge was making a strange bird like whistle
The repair went smoothly and surpising easy! Get access to the back of the fridge. Unplug fridge, remove cardboard but save to put back in same place. For our fridge it was to bolts removed by socket set, removed old condenser fan motor (applyed a little pressure) and placed the new condenser fan motor in. It's easier with two sets of hands, but I've got to say DIRECTIONS OTHER THEN CUSTOMERS TESTIMONY SHOULD BE SENT WITH THE PART!! Otherwise quite simple.

switch wouldn't come out anymore and turn light on
Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy
