Refrigerator and freezer too warm
1) This is a built-in refrigerator with the compressor, coils, etc. at the top. Turn off the breaker to the fridge. 2) Remove the front panel off the top (just push up and pull out). 3) Removed 2 screws to the old timer and carefully remove the plug. Plug the new timer in and screw in. 4) Since our fridge was heavily frosted up, we moved everything to another refrigerator and coolers and kept the refrigerator off until all panels were room temperature. 5) If you haven't cleaned the coil in a while, vacuum it with a soft brush attachment. 6) Turned back on and the refrigerator is cooler than ever!

Broken Vegetable Pan Cover
I replaced the Vegetable Pan Cover myself and it looks and fits great. The hardest job was unloading so that the previous cover could be taken out. I was proud of myself for being able to do this job myself without any help. Ordering and receiving the part was so easy that I will always use Parts Select. Thanks again. Juaneese

Sides of old shelf cracked
Pulled out old shelf and put in new one. However the new shelf is too narrow and will break at some point just like the old one. Apparently no way to fix this issue.

Simply "popped" the guard into place...a very basic fix. Thank you so much for your customer service (the lady who waited on me was awesome, shipping was super fast, and it was the "Correct" part)...singularly, one of the best transactions I have had in a very long time...kudos to you. Definitely will use your site again.
