This was late on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately called the store where I purchased the refrigerator who told me to go on-line for any parts. It arrived on Thursday without having paid for any upgrade in shipping time.I am very impressed with this company.

Took out broken drawer and contents. Put contents in new drawer and slid in.
