I had a broken door shelf
These are very flimsy and brake easily. But it is easy to replace. Slide out, slide in. However, I received the wrong door shelf so the repair is impossible.

The switch became intermittent - Possibly a poor designe
Used a small screw driver inserted into the front of the switch (facing the front) and pried until the switch was coming out. When out, I removed the connect harness and replace the switch with a new one.

Part was delivered broken
The past I ordered was broken upon delivery. I asked for a replacement and was refunded the charge. Tried to contact you but "due to covid" you aren't taking calls. Net result: I ordered the part from another source, got it, installed easily. Won't use you again.

Switch stops working
Replace with new switch. this is the third switch i have replaced in 10 years. the only part, besides a light bulb, that has gone bad. obviously this is a problem with this model for Kenmore, or just poor switch design.

Door switch would not turn on interior refrigerator light.
I had previously watched a YouTube video (do this first!!) on a similar Kenmore model so I knew what to look out for: (1) turned off power, (2) took thin putty knife to slip under outer lip of switch (most screwdrivers are too thick), (3) wiggled switch at front end to release the tab, (4) unplugged from the socket, (5) plugged in new switch, (6) popped new switch back into door, (7) turned on power. Voila !! Super easy. I couldn't believe it.

The two deep shelf bins on the right hand door split from either the weight of the sauce bottles or manhandling by the cleaners.
1. I ordered a shallow bin which fit the left hand door by mistake as I couldn't enlarge the pictures. So when it arrived and I realized it fit the left door but not the right door I went back on line and had a chat with a wonderful chat person who ordered and sent the 2 right hand shelves., As it happens the drawings on the website were so small I did not realize that the bottom right hand shelf should have been shallower to accommodate the vegetable bin on the bottom of the refrigerator. So I removed the butter bin with the flip top and moved all the shelves up to clear the vegetable drawer and give me the same amount of storage as I had to begin with. I also think the replacement bins are a marginally heavier plastic and therefor may last longer.

Broken shelf for the vegatable bins
The glass was ordered correctly. The part was too big for mt refrigerator. I tried to send it back, but I got no reply. I tried cutting the glass to size and it shattered. I wasted 60.00 and im disgusted with your company.
