Track broke - easily slides off and the new one goes on just as easy.
Lightly tapped end of broken rail with rubber mallet to take the rail off. Again, aligned new rail and lightly tapped into place. Done in 5 minutes.

Ends of the refrigerator drawer tracks broke off...
... probably from overloading the drawer.
Used a rubber mallet to tap the old tracks out and the new ones into place. About 5 minutes total, and I am NOT a "handyman"!

Would not slip on all the way
Had to use sand paper as the slider as it would not go on all the way. After sanding the plastic down a bit, it took the excess off and slid on just fine. Every thing works as it should.

slider brackets were both broken
I removed the shelf, popped off the old brackets and popped on the new ones. Easy once I figured out exactly how to do it. Less than 5 minutes later it was repaired. Easy!

Broken drawer tracks from overloading the drawer
The parts arrived quickly and were an exact match to the originals. Advise. Remove the shelf with the broken tracks and let warm to room temperature. The plastic is more pliable and it's easier to get the old ones off. Just push in and slide the lug to the matching opening to remove. Before you try to install the new ones, lubricate the lugs (blocks) with vegitable oil or vasiline etc. It will make the new parts slide in with little effort. double check to make sure the lugs lock into place before reinstalling the shelf.

We seem to place heavy things in this draw. This is the second time we have changed the sliders. Its really easy. Now I keep it to lighter foods.

Since we purchased the refrigerator the drawer never worked smoothly.
We finally found you online and ordered the parts, the drawer moves nicely, but seems not to fit across, not wide enought maybe. My husband took off the old slides and installed the new ones, a screwdriver helped him push a little and everything snapped into place.

The Tracks Were Broken
I watched the "how to" repair video on the website and the actual repair was very easy! I was most impressed with how quickly I received the replacement parts.

Broken Pan Slides
Per instructions. Only caveat was I had to knock off the two plastic circular tabs on the outboard (side with the flanges that insert to the shelf bracket) with a chisel and hammer. Put the chisel blade at the base of the tab and give a quick blow with a small Hammer. Took about 1 minute. Depending on your model, the tracks may not seat with the plastic tabs.

Both rails were broken and needed replaced
Let me say that after going to three parts stores, and getting several prices, I found Parts Select on line and their price was lower than all three places by quite a bit, even with the shipping. This part almost installed itself, I just inserted the tabs into the old slots and pushed into place. I will order parts from here for all of my future appliance repairs.
