Followed the video and it went almost perfect. Had to step back at first and reposition the initial step and then it went quickly. Used a star screwdriver rather than the adapter piece sent with.

The parts seemed more sturdy than the originals that broke, so I hope this will be a better design. The instructions were adequate for installation and the adapter for the screws was supplied with the parts. The most difficult part was removing the old broken rack adjusters since there was no instruction for that.

The most difficult part was taking the old, snap-together, parts off. The new parts were easy and quick to install.

To remove the old parts off the top rack I used a jack knife & a needle nosed plier. The pictures were small in the instructions especially where it showed the small backing plate that held the part that slides up & down. I installed it wrong but I could easily remove it once I pushed in the the tab with a knife blade & then installed it correctly. The updated metal wheels are a big improvement & it works fine now. Huge savings because I did it myself, anyone can do it if you're not in a hurry.

Read the instructions, removed old parts, installed the first side in about 4-5 minutes, second side about 3 minutes. Took longer to read instructions, than to repair. This is a great repair package, this appears to be a lot better than original parts. Fast service, very helpful customer service personal for return parts, as I ordered parts I didn't need. Instruction sheet is good but should stress that the thumb pads must face the front side of the dishwasher.

Really went well. Very easy to repair

The instructions that came with the parts do not tell you how to remove the old adjusters from the rack. I found a video on YouTube ( Appliance Video.com) that takes you step by step on how to remove the old parts and how to install the new ones. The video made the repair easy.

Removed old adjuster rack from both sides using a screw driver. Followed directions provided with rack adjuster kit and installed new adjuster on both sides.

This was my 4th time replacing these parts. Old parts where all plastic and I was lucky to get 6 months before they all disintegrated from the hot water washing. New parts are steel and replacing the old plastic parts was a piece of cake. Looks and even feels much stronger! Excellent youtube video

Dismantled one side of dish rack and rebuilt that side with the new parts and then did the other side. Second side took a lot less time. IT took a while to figure out how to dismantle the old unit as the parts pictures you sent were not too clear in showing the parts.

followed enclosed directions. needed to replace both side as repair parts come as complete set. might add that repair part is stainless steel and easy to work with

Use of black/white pictures made it hard to see part details. Use grayscale insted. Also provide a schematic of the parts involved. The similarity of names made it hard to determine which part was being referred to. used magnifying glass and a lot of trial and error to resolve instalation problems. Second set of rollers went smoother.

You have to go online and watch a video of how to install the replacement part. Ten or so minutes later you are done.You tube makes everything easier.

Remove old rack adjusters. No removal instructions. Do one at a time. First requires some trial & error until removed. Install new replacement. Instructions not clear because pictures are dark & fuzzy. Again, install one with some trial & error. Second remove & replace becomes very easy.
