On the water pump it self you unscrew three screws. Then for the new part you do in reverse order screw your three screws back in put your hoses back on make sure your clamps are tight around your hoses or you will have a leak. Put your panel back on. Put your belt back on. Turn your water on from the wall plug in the electricity and you are done.

Removed lower rear panel by removing 8 screws. Then I removed the two hoses that are attached to the pump by removing the hose clamps with a pair of plyers. The washer had to be tipped forward slightly for this process and blocked (approx. 8 in.) to allow access to pulley. Very easy install, no help needed. Washer must be empty and preferable dry when task is done or water will be everywhere.

Removed water lines and drain, removed back panel, removed drain lines from pump. Unscrewed 3 screws to remove pump. attached drain lines to new pump, screwed in new pump, reattached everything. Reinstalled belt (very easy, not like an altenator). done

I used the putty knife to release the spring clips on the machine lid. They are about 3" in from the side of the machine. Then I lifted the top of the washer up holding the lid in place. I then used a screw driver (torx) to remove the hinge from the bottom of the washer top. The lid should come right off. Then I the removed the broken hin ... Read more ge pins from the back of the lid with a screwdriver and replaced with the new parts. There is a little tab that the pin fits in the lid to assure you have the pin installed correctly. Then I slid the hinge back on the pin and reversed the process reinstalling the hinges and closing the top of the machine over the spring clips and your done. Very easy repair that I completed in less than 15 minutes.

Easy repair - with the use of a phillips screwdriver, simply remove the old device and replace with the new

Rolled the old one off and rolled the new one on.

tipped the washer back, laid on the floor, and wrapped new belt around 3 pulleys. everything works as before.

I raised the top of the washing machine per video instructions, removed the screws, replaced broken hinges with the new ones. It was simple as that.

I had my 12 year old son climb to the back and he took off all the screws necessary in the back and took the part completely off. We ordered the part and waited for it to come in. We replaced the part, the screws and honestly, the only thing we had trouble with was replacing the small cover where the hoses stick out of the washer. Was ... Took off belt and ran motor. No noise. Then took off drain pump and spun it by hand and felt rubbing on one spot. I figured the bearings were going bad, so I ordered the parts and replaced them.

Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

My husband unhooked the water lines, unplugged the washer and remove the waste water hose, then we tipped it over and easy as pie the belt came off and the new one went right back on. I did not see any tears or breaks in the old belt, but it was stretched out a bit, and the washer is once again quiet. This also gave me an opportunity to ...
