Removed the two screws that mount to count top pulled the dishwasher out to see how the spring was attached , installed the new spring and the job was done the job it took about 15 mins. to complete.

I think the videos on the site are awesome. Made both repairs after watching them. They explain the repairs in a simple to follow way.

New piece snapped right on

I removed the two screws and then moved the dishwasher out a little bit (about 6 inches). I pushed the dishwasher toward one side to make room for me to change the spring with my hand and repeated the same procedure for the other side. After the spring change, I turned an old dishwasher to a new one.

My future son in law did it. Looked at instructions on the app for the part. Didn't take very long.

Removed old hose and went to install new hose from Part Select. Part received was not the same as advertised. It was 6-8 inches shorter than the original hose. Would not make the necessary turns because of shorter length. I even went to Video instruction on installation even though I have been in Machine repair for 30 years , this video s ... Read more howed using the shorter hose and when installed in the video hose also had a kink because of hose length. Had to stop repair and go to hardware store and purchase a longer hose. This purchased hose from the hardware was 50% cheaper and actually worked. I also paid for 2-3 day shipping and received part 7 days later. I am very disappointed with Parts Select and am an owner of an Equipment Rental Facility and will never utilize Parts Select again.

Completly disconnected and layed dishwasher on its side for better access. New valve support was 1 inch longer than original but created no problem. it took no more than 30 min. to complete job.

turned off electricity, pulled dishwasher out about a foot, turned off water too dishwasher, removed inlet valve and replaced it with new.

Pulled the dishwasher out, rolled it onto its right side, removed the old pump by removing the 2 electeical connectors and 3 #20 torque screws, and replaced the pump. The most annoying thing was it dumping water on the floor. The rest was relatively easy.

Uncomplicated repair. Remove door, remove old dispenser, install new dispenser.

if the wire they snap on was bent it needs to be straightend.......they just snap on. easy to install but wish they had better wheels so this problem would be solved. My 2 sons have same brand dishwashers and have same problem.

Had trouble installing the new gasket at first. Fell inside the door, and would not stay in the groove intended for it. After watching the video on your website, learned is best to angle the gasket and work in slowly to the groove from one side. Much easier then

Removed front panel of door, to get to the screws that hold the door on the hinges. Removed door, pulled gasket with pliers from bottom of door, not easy to get out because of mineral deposits. Had to push quite hard to get new gasket in. Put every thing back together and no leaks. I live in Alaska and I tried to order the part through ... Read more Sears and they wanted $18.95 for shipping for a $12.87 part. The part with PartSelect was $14.92 but only $6.95 for shipping. I ordered the part on a Tuesday and recevied it on that Friday. We in Alaska get very tired of companies thinking we live on another planet. Thank you PartSelect.

After i identified where it was leaking i cut the vave off under sink so i could remove part. All it had was 2 screws holding it to the frame and of course the copper line. I then went online to parts select and within 2 days my part arrived,i was planning on being down for at least a week but not with part select!! Thank you all for the ... Read more great service!

Located where the dishwasher was leaking from and by referencing the parts catalog determined that it was the water valve. I ordered the part from Parts select and replaced the part when it arrived. Replacing the part was very easy and I now have a working dishwasher again.
