1) This is a built-in refrigerator with the compressor, coils, etc. at the top. Turn off the breaker to the fridge. 2) Remove the front panel off the top (just push up and pull out). 3) Removed 2 screws to the old timer and carefully remove the plug. Plug the new timer in and screw in. 4) Since our fridge was heavily frosted up, we moved everything to another refrigerator and coolers and kept the refrigerator off until all panels were room temperature. 5) If you haven't cleaned the coil in a while, vacuum it with a soft brush attachment. 6) Turned back on and the refrigerator is cooler than ever!

easy pry out, disconnect wiring, connect on new switch and press in switch.

I took it right out of the framed box to keep the gasket in shape and snapped it back on the gasket mount on the freezer door it took 5 minutes or less perfect fit

repalaced the old one with the new one. easy

Removed ice cube tray and fan cover using a cross-tip screwdriver. Old air duct foam had been damaged by defrosting meat and made entire refrigerator smell. Part easily slides out and slid in knew foam. Replaced with new air duct foam after thoroughly cleaning refrigerator by sliding it into place, replacing fan cover and ice cube tray. Hardest part of entire replacement was cleaning refrigerator. The actual replacement of the part took less than 15 minutes.

I started removing the switch by prying on the right side with a screwdriver, when it emerged enough I used pliers to finish removing it. I then unpluged rhe wires from the bad switch and pluged them on the new switch and "poped" it into the hole.

Connected the 2 wires and pushed in the switch until it clicked.

Removed lower and rear panels in freezer. Coils were completely iced over. Thawed coils with hair dryer using towels to absorb water. Cut the 2 wires (orange and yellow) of the thermostat unclipped and removed it. Cut short the wires of the new thermostat. Spliced new wires with remaining old ones using the wire nuts (2). Wrapped the splices with the electrical tape and clipped the new thermostat back into place. In the fridge section removed the box which holds the light socket, temp setting dial, etc. Inside unclipped the main connector which powers the light in order to remove the entire box. Unclipped existing defrost timer using the needle nosed pliers to gently wedge the clip away from the timer. Connected new timer and reassembled unit. Problem was really the thermostat, I decided it might be a good idea to replace everything, would have replaced the heater but I tested it for continuity and it was good.

Removed Ice shelf,
Remove rectangle cover by removing the two screws and lifting straight up.
Pulled fan off slowly.
Removed two hex screws holding motor bracket.
Remove cover.
Remove two hex screws holding remaining bracket from fridge.
Pull wire off motor noting where they were plugged in.
Pull apart brackets holding motor and remove motor noting how the motor and brackets fit together.
Reverse to install.

Emptied freezes, turned off power, took floor of freezer out [4 screws ], took two screws out of fan mounts and replaces fan. Reassembled by reverse process. Simple

Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

Easy. Unpacked the two shelves and installed them. No brainer. The speed of delivery however was exceptional. It seemed as if the order arrived here right after I submitted it! Really unbelievable! Keep up the good work!
