Freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling
The site offers a video for this part which worked perfectly. In addition to replacing the part, since the cardboard panel was off, we also cleaned all the dust off of the coils which someone recommended to do annually.

the drawer support rail broke
it was very simple, my husband did it. had to take the top shelf out and screw in the support rail and that was it. couldn't have been any easier. this was the easiest process from start to finish that we ever had. looked up on line, found your website, ordered the part and it arrived in a couple of days. So easy and your company was most efficient in having the part and in processing. Couldn't have been mored pleased.

Job was really easy. Took less than 10 minutes
I easily removed the shelf, cleaned it, removed one screw, adjusted a tab that was bent, then installed new side rail with the screw that was removed and put back the shelf and storage bin. Everything worked perfectly. I must have saved $100 by doing it myself.

The meat keeper drawer guide rail was broken
Wow. What an easy repair. It was so easy I literally had my 10 year son complete the repair.
(Handyman requirement for Cub scouts).
Removed 1 screw and pulled out old broken guide rail, replaced with new part and screwed it back in.
It took long to wash and clean the shelves we pulled out than it did to make the repair.

Left Support Rail broke
Most of my time was spent removing food items from the shelf that supported the rails. Once that was done, a quick removal of the screw, replace the left support rail and re-installing the screw. Done. I wish all of my repairs were so easy!

One blade broke from condenser fan
The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.
I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.
When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.
