Freezer freezes over then fridge to warm
For model number 25360089410
Hi Derek, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the problem seems to be with the Temperature Sensor and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS1765215. The Temperature Sensor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. If that does not take care of the issue, we would suggest checking the Condenser Fan Motor, part number PS12728810. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
