W/O End Caps Nothing Will Stay On Shelf

First, I should tell you I break more things than I fix by trying to install wrong or tightening until broken. It may seem real easy to to put end caps on but there was a suprised look on my wife's face when she watched me put them on the first time. She made me some chocolate chip cookies to celebrate. I ordered the parts and recei ved them the next day. I shopped local and and was quoted up to five times the price nobody had them in stock.

Website was great!

The defrost timer was right in front. 2 minutes and a screwdriver and I had it replaced.

To replace the thermostat, I had to take out the back panel, defrost it and then install the new part. the only problem was that the heatshrink tubing they sent was too large. Otherwise, it worked great.
