took the drum out and replaced the wheels there was nothing to it

Watched the vidio. Removed back, swap out part shown and replaced. 10 minutes.......Ran test load, and then with wet clothes.......Worked like it should and a $20 part was way better than replacing a dryer..........

Remove screws from dryer vent. lift top up: use screw driver to pry up and release top panel its uses a simple catch. Remove wires from door switch. Lift up and remove front panel from clips on side of drier body. IMPORTANT: two people required - Drum will fall if not supported when front panel is removed. Get down in front of machine: one peron holds drum in place an you push up on belt tensioner. Release belt from drive wheel. Remove drum and set aside. Pry off support clip from front of broken support roller. Clean roller shaft (replace if broken). Place new roller on shaft. Replace support clip. Have second person hold drum in place while you re install drive belt (see above). Replace front panel. Re attach wires to door switch. push top panel down (firmly to lock). replace drier screws.

Completly gutted every part of the machine, to put in the drum support rollers. Really wasn't that difficult. But you will need 2 people. One needs to hold the drum while one replaces the drum roller.

Used repair video as guideline, I did not have their lab conditions to work in and by no means a clean machine. Also I had a two part front panel vs. single as in video, so disassembly and reassembly were OJT."on job training". Video was however very usefull in locating problem, getting correct part and accomplishing the repair. Saved $$ and machine is now working properly again. Am saving this web-site to my favorites list.

Removed 2 screws and 2 wires, replaced the part and then there was heat.

First I unplugged my dryer. (220v) I then layed the dryer on its front. I then proceeded to remove the back cover after removing the duct clamp. The two screws holding the Cycling thermostat was removed after the two wire connections were slipped off. I placed the new cycling thermostat in place and put everything back in place and behold...Heat! This was a simple job for even the somewhat clumsy repair person. Good luck and Thank you Partselect! Not noticing the break in the heat coil, I ordered two other minor parts, before ordering the heat coil. Less than 10 minutes to replace the old one, and now it works great! Thank you for your installation instructions and parts diagrams!

took off back. unhooked 2 wires and a screw. replaced and done . put on back.

I replaced the cycling thermostat but this did not remedy the problem and after further evaluation I determined that the secondary solenoid coil (hold/assist)had an open coil wire on the gas valve. This is best purchased as a set, primary coil and secondary coil, as it is less expensive this way.

Followed the instructions on the video.

After watching the video on your website and doing just a little troubleshooting on the components of the dryer (thermostats, heating coil, fuse) I determined this thermostat to be the problem. I ordered it from your site and had it in a few days. Took me only a few minutes to put it in and the dryer is working great now!
